Each training program satisfies all state requirements and includes a certificate of completion for employee advancement. Cypress employees are encouraged to refer both potential applicants and/or clients. If Cypress subsequently signs a contract with that applicant and/or client, the employee may be eligible to receive the following; Applicant Referral: $100 after 180 days if referral still employed Client Referral: $500 following signed contract with referral.
