Training Procedures
Cypress Security Training Procedures are developed in accordance with the
highest standards in the Security Industry.
All Cypress' Security Officers are subject to this training program independent of
prior experience. Cypress' training program is carefully designed to ensure the
highest level of quality for optimal customer service.
The Personnel Development Manager is responsible for the execution and documentation
of all company training activities.
The following chart outlines the training process for all new Cypress Security Officers. It
serves as a guideline for Project Manager/Account Managers to ensure that all assigned
officers have received proper training before being assigned to fill a post.
