Total Quality Management at Cypress

The Principles of Cypress' quality program are as follows:

  1. Quality can and must be managed.
  2. Everyone has a customer and is a supplier.
  3. Processes, not people are the problem.
  4. Every employee is responsible for quality.
  5. Problems must be prevented, not just fixed.
  6. Quality must be measured.
  7. Quality improvements must be continuous.
  8. The quality standard is defect free.

Strategic Partnership Program
The Strategic Partnership Program (SPP) is an integrated part of Cypress quality assurance program. The purpose of this program is to incorporate into the long term planning an objective performance measurement process.
    The objective of this program is to clearly identify those areas where continuous improvement opportunities exist, and through effective performance measurement ensure that maximum value is brought to the client and client's site. Data will be collected on a weekly basis, correlated and assessed weekly by Project Manager. A monthly report will be generated for review by the Executive team within Cypress. A quarterly report will be generated and reviewed with the client. This tool will enable Cypress to take corrective actions to improve upon the ongoing quality of service.
